#2 – Transportation Safety: Whether children walk, ride their bicycle or take the bus to school, it is extremely important that they take proper safety precautions. The National Safety Council provides transportation tips for students, teen drivers and all motors including playground and backpack safety.

#3 – No Bullying Zone: When you, your child, or someone close to you is being bullied, there are many steps to take to help resolve the situation. stopbullying.gov has a resource of information about bullying, cyber bullying, how to prevent bullying and how to respond to bullying. The “I Choose” campaign is a challenge and movement for change. It’s about recognizing bullying for what it is: a choice. What you say or do to someone has the power to affect that person’s life. The campaign challenges people to stop, think and remember that their choices matter.
